description.  [Words of the artist] I am a London based photographer, compelled by an insatiable driving force to capture the essence of humanity. For As long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination for people and social behaviour . This obsession invariably morphed into people watching, which ultimately  paved the way for me journeying into street photography. Recently, I have began drawing inspiration from the art world and being less inspired by works of photographers, I see this as an essential paradigm sift into being able to truly express myself as an artist. I find cubism through the works of Picasso and Francis Bacon as well as Abstract Expressionism through the works of Jason Pollock quite intriguing. These artists were all pioneers and  and pushed the boundaries of art.  Someone once told me if you do what you have always done, you would get what you’ve always got. I have never been one for sticking to rules, I find them boring and restrictive. That said, I do however, admire the works of some great photographers. I find the body of work put forward by the likes of Pinkhassov, Trent Parke, Saul Leiter, Fan Ho, Ernst Haas, Fred Herzog and Marvin E Newman inspires me to be a better Photographer. As well as my personal work which is heavily influenced by the art world. I have also been commissioned for a number of commercial project, one of which would be featured this autumn for a huge fashion company (details to be revealed in due course). I have also produced work for Next the fashion retailer as well as a number of Media Agency on specific project related to urban and street photography.
